If your item is valued over $100 you should purchase Extra Cover. If your item is lost or damaged and you haven’t purchased Extra Cover, compensation by Australia Post will be capped at $100 and a postage refund may be payable.

Extra Cover will compensate for Damage to your book/s while in transit (photos would be greatly appreciated)

Extra Cover will compensate for Lost/missing parcel/s as determined by Australia Post (this will not cover failed attempted deliveries that get returned to sender)

Purchasing a quantity of one (1) of this item, will cover book/s up to the value of AU$200.00 (inc GST)

Purchasing a quantity of two (2) of this item will cover book/s up to the value of AU$400.00 (and so on…….). There is no benefit to insure more than the value or your order.

If the value of your order is only $132.00 (inc. GST), then the cover is only for that amount.

Please note, that unless this Extra Cover is purchased, Tagari Publications REFUND, REPLACEMENT & RETURN POLICY is as follows:

Tagari Publications will not refund, replace or exchange goods unless they are faulty, mis-bound or shipped in error. There will be no refunds, replacements or returns on any items past 30 days from date of receival/delivery attempt (as detailed in Australia Post tracking system).
